

Debra Reis
President
As President of AmeriCare, Debra Reis’ combination of vision, leadership and dedication provides the direction that drives its short-term operations and longer term success. In her role, Debra works closely with the corporate team and area developers to support the development and expansion of its non-medical home care services.
Debra founded the company in 2003, after her own pursuit to finding caregivers for her mother. She saw first-hand the need for quality, compassionate, and skilled caregivers to help seniors. Not finding a service to meet her needs and standards, Debra became the caregiver to her aging mother. Knowing others must have similar experiences, Debra drew on her experience in training and her business background to build a better model for caregiver services. With determination to help others find quality caregivers they could trust, Debra created AmeriCare and its unique approach to home care services. The company provides clients with a choice of licensed, pre-screened, personally selected caregivers who work with individuals to create a unique customized care plan, free of limitations or restrictions.
Driven to make a difference every day for every client in every community, Debra has focused the company on quality and integrity through a measured growth plan. In the few short years since it was established, AmeriCare has grown to include 10 Area Development territories and 11 franchise units.
Prior to pursuing this passion, Debra built a 20-year career in the training and sales fields. She began her training career with General Electric working to develop and implement key training programs. She was promoted to mange their entire corporate training programs for both corporate and technical staff. Debra went on to work with Deltak Training Company and later Applied Learning, two of the nation’s largest corporate training companies, providing customized training programs to Fortune 500 companies. She continued her career with The Systems Group and others before she founded AmeriCare. Throughout her career, Debra received awards for her outstanding results and contributions.
A dynamic and energetic entrepreneur, Debra’s personal values focus on honesty, integrity, and loyalty. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Connecticut. Debra resides in Norcross, Georgia with her husband Mike, their daughter and their two dogs.
Vicktoria Baylor
Vice President of Franchise Development
Vicktoria Baylor is the Vice President of Franchise Development for AmeriCare. She works closely with the Area Developers and sales team to identify, train and support AmeriCare franchisees. She is instrumental in AmeriCare’s growth through the careful selection of operators who will match the company’s dedication to quality and share in its vision to provide the best in non-medical home health care services. Blending her passion for senior care, her business acumen and her education in exercise physiology, Vicktoria is a key member of the executive team.
Raised in a large family that valued its elders, Vicktoria learned an appreciation for people who spent a lifetime achieving, learning and living and could share that knowledge with others. Driven by a dedication to honesty, professionalism and quality, Vicktoria finds personal fulfillment in building AmeriCare to meet the needs of seniors in a dignified way. Every day she sees the impact of her work, of the team’s work, in building a better care experience for every client in every community they serve. She uses this perspective to better serve the company as the point person on operations and training.
Before joining AmeriCare, Vicktoria spent more than a decade working as an exercise physiologist with special populations including geriatrics. She participated in the implementation and opening of wellness centers in retirement communities and nursing homes in the southeast. An entrepreneur herself, Vicktoria founded and operated her own health and wellness center in Atlanta, managing a staff of thirty-five.
Vicktoria earned a degree in exercise physiology from the University of Florida. She held a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She currently lives in Atlanta’s original suburb formed in 1890, Grant Park.
Mike Reis
Vice President of Operations
Mike Reis is the Vice President of Operations for AmeriCare Alliance (AmeriCare). With a plan of controlled growth and an unwavering dedication to service and support, Mike is responsible for the operations management and development of the company. In this critical role, Mike applies his more than 25 years of successful business development and franchise experience to building AmeriCare into the top provider of nonmedical home health care services.
Working in collaboration with the executive team, Mike has helped to establish AmeriCare as the quality home health care provider in the U.S. with 10 Area Development territories and, currently, 11 franchise units.
Before joining AmeriCare, Mike began his career in 1981 with General Electric Credit Corporation where he advanced rapidly becoming the youngest financial systems manager in less than six years of being with the company. Leaving the corporate world in 1988, Mike heeded his own quest to be a business owner by buying a Sir Speedy franchise. His franchise provided printing and graphic design solutions to independent businesses, franchise owners and Fortune 500 companies. Within five years, he had grown his location into one of the top 10 sales volume producers. Ready for his next challenge, Mike sold his Sir Speedy franchise, moved to Atlanta, and bought a Great Golf Learning Center, the first indoor golf instruction franchise. Despite fierce competition that quickly developed in the industry, Mike grew his location to the largest golf school in Atlanta by following the structured advertising, marketing, and operating systems of the franchise organization.
With his success and a focus on integrity and excellence, Mike is dedicated to helping others realize their goals. He serves as a franchise consultant–with AmeriCare and with Business Alliance–using his extensive experience and knowledge to help aspiring entrepreneurs find the business that best matches their background and goals. He has succeeded in assisting many of his clients achieve their dreams of business ownership.
Mike received a bachelor’s degree in math from Providence College. He resides in Norcross, Georgia with his wife Debbie, their daughter and their two dogs.
