The AmeriCare Opportunity Presents itself Now:

A convergence of factors has made a powerful, growing market dawn in home care and the industry that services it. Demand exists today for homecare services and there is unprecedented growth in the exact demographic group needing those services. The industry providing these services is fragmented, occasionally unregulated, and lacks a dominant brand.

AmeriCare developed a system for providing services to persons in need of homecare. This system is sold as a franchise. Area Developers, often described in the franchise industry as Master Franchisers, acquire the rights to sell individual franchises in their territory and are responsible for ongoing supervision of the franchises sold.

CPM is seeking qualified persons who want a larger role in extending the system. Each state has at least two State Area Developer (sub-Master Franchise) opportunities. The exact structure remains flexible but would involve the Regional Area Developer acquiring an individual AmeriCare franchise, being granted an additional franchise at a significantly discounted fee and acquiring a portion of the area to develop inside the CPM territory.
