If you are looking for exceptional care for your loved one, I highly recommend Todd and his AmeriCARE team - they are amazing! Very experienced and compassionate professionals. When we needed to ramp up care for our Mom from “introducing care” to quickly needing around the clock help, Todd and his wonderful team of caretakers were there for us and our Mom every step of the way. Being out of state, my husband and I had to make several care arrangements remotely, and AmeriCARE team was one of the best allies and support systems one can wish for! They worked with us and our local family to plan and implement effective care: professional, understanding and compassionate. Todd and Jaden, the Care Supervisor, maintained open and accessible communication throughout - they worked with our fluid situation and provided the best possible support. Our Mom was happy with each caretaker - she expressed that she liked them and was very grateful for the help. Todd, the franchisee of Americare has been great to work with. From the beginning he was focused on taking time to understand my family’s needs. When one of the staff wasn’t the right fit, we were able to address it and get someone who could come in and meet all of my parents needs. Todd also personally came by several times to make sure my parents were getting the care they needed, and stayed in touch with me as we got all the pieces settled.
