Amanda’s love for caregiving was shaped early in life by growing up near her grandparents, fostering a deep appreciation for family-centered care and the importance of dignity at every stage of life. She remains actively involved in the community through organizations such as the Alzheimer’s Association of Central Alabama, Soldiers’ Angels, and her church.

With more than 25 years of experience in healthcare leadership, Mike now works as a consultant in the healthcare industry, partnering with organizations to navigate today’s complex and evolving healthcare landscape. A Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, he previously served as CEO of multiple hospitals across Alabama and Mississippi, where he led with a strong focus on operational excellence, quality outcomes, and patient-centered care.
Mike holds degrees from Georgia Tech and the University of Alabama at Birmingham and proudly served as a medical evacuation pilot in the Alabama and Georgia National Guard. His diverse background in executive leadership, consulting, and military service informs his thoughtful, strategic approach to healthcare.

Hannah has been a valued member of the ameriCARE Birmingham team since 2023 and serves as Care Coordinator, working closely with both caregivers and clients to ensure seamless, compassionate care. With over a decade of hands-on healthcare experience—including roles as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Phlebotomist, and Medication Aide in skilled nursing facilities—Hannah brings both clinical expertise and deep empathy to her work.
Originally from Tampa, Florida, Hannah now calls Birmingham home. She is dedicated to making sure every client feels heard, respected, and supported. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys life with her two children on their hobby farm and exploring the beauty of nature together.
