Lance Palumbo

Owner/President

Lance started his working career as a teacher of adult literacy in his home state of New York. Later, he moved into business in the consumer-packaged goods space where he worked in management roles at brands like Joint Juice, Premier Nutrition and Power Bar. He eventually rose to general management as CEO at Colorado-based Love Grown Foods, Ohi Foods, and Western Rise. He has always been passionate about the opportunity to develop products and services that truly help people live better lives.

Taylor Wingerter

Director of Business Development

Taylor has spent the first 20 years of her career working in accounting and operations for a handful of small businesses and startups. She earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Colorado State University in Fort Collins.

Her passion for health care deepened in 2011 when she became a full-time caregiver for her grandfather who was suffering from dementia. When her grandfather required more assistance than the family could provide, Taylor saw firsthand how caregivers work to provide comfort and dignity for their clients and relief to the family.
