Andrea was born in Denby, England, in 1968- raised in a generational house built in the 17th century. Andrea always dreamt of the West while in her English cot, watching old westerns alongside her aunt, especially the infamous Spaghetti Westerns. While she dreamt of large open spaces and adventure- she pursued careers like dentistry and even some fashion-based work. When Andrea met her soon-to-be husband, John, in England- little did she know their life together would find themselves headed to America!
After moving to California and raising 3 kids, Andrea and her family moved to a ranch in Colorado. Andrea then re-pursued dentistry for a while before finding a new passion; working with animals at a veterinary clinic. Andrea fell in love with not only helping these animals in need but seeing the impact it had on the people who cherished their pets gave her immense fulfillment.
Not long after Andrea found a new way to help people through helping them with their beloved pets- she discovered ameriCARE with John and they both were immediately drawn to ameriCARE’s mission and team.
