My journey began in Fayetteville, Arkansas, where I worked as a grocery sacker during high school. I didn’t know it then, but those curbside conversations with customers were the start of something bigger. One day, the store manager pulled me aside and said, “Keep doing exactly what you’re doing—people respond to genuine care.” That moment planted a seed that’s guided me ever since.

I’ve always had a gift for making people feel at ease. It’s not a technique—it’s a love for connection and a desire to be a dependable friend. Whether in business or everyday life, I believe relationships built on trust and authenticity are what matter most.

Over the decades, I built a career in the service industry, starting as a sales representative and growing into leadership roles. But the real reward wasn’t in titles—it was in mentoring others, watching them grow, and leading with integrity. That same spirit is the foundation of how we care for our clients today.

My wife, Trenket, and I have been partners in life for over 30 years. We’ve lived in many places, but our hearts have always belonged to Northwest Arkansas. Coming home to the Ozarks isn’t just a return—it’s a mission. It’s where our roots run deep, and where we’re building something that reflects everything we believe in.

ameriCARE Ozarks was born from personal experience. After caring for a beloved family member, Trenket and I saw firsthand the challenges families face—and the profound difference a compassionate caregiver can make. That experience lit a fire in us: to create a home care company built on dignity, trust, and heartfelt service to our community.
