My experience with Americare was awesome! Torri led me in to the experience, so kindly & graciously & attuned to my concerns…and then young Marilyn became the companion for my ex-husband with Alzheimer’s. I think that she was just a tad shy at the onset, but quickly warmed to the situation and became a true FRIEND for him. She was consistently warm, caring, sweet, help-full, willing to share new activities with him~~ truly a gem. Thank you!!!

I just wanted to comment on Corrrina R. She is great. I love her like a daughter. She takes care of my wife who has dementia. I’m 76yrs old with back problems. Corrina takes care of everything. She is fast and very efficient and friendly. My wife really likes her a lot. My wife is very stubborn and gives me problems with cooperation. Maybe because we have been married for 58yrs but gives Corrina no problems She is a great caregiver

My caregivers: Jose Alvarez, Selina Marquez, Alejandra Zamora, Rachael Moreno, and Corrina Roach, all have been absolutely wonderful. I can tell you of all the amazing things each of them bring, into my home, with my wife Betsy . Dominique is an incredible caregiver for my dad. She goes out of the way to make sure that he is comfortable and goes above and beyond helping with cleaning, etc... She is also a fabulous baker which my dad especially appreciates.

AmeriCARE found an amazing care giver in Lacey who has helped my Mom be more independent and given us tremendous peace of mind. Lacey is a caring, responsible, punctual and very supportive caregiver. She is smart, has common sense, and can figure things out. My Mom loves to work in the garden and Lacey enables her to safely be outside with her orchids and koi pond. She supports my Mom in doing the things she loves everyday. She also has a clean and safe car and takes my Mom to appointments and shopping enabling her to plan activities and feel much more independent. AmeriCARE worked closely with us to find the perfect caregiver for my Mom. Torri Stewart has been amazing to work with from the first phone call, through the initial in person visit and all along our journey. She is responsive, never made us feel like we were asking for too much, and found us a perfect fit in Lacey. We couldn't be happier with Lacey. The owner Steve Levy truly built this company to be the resource he wished he had when his Mom needed care. He is a quality person and it is reflected in AmeriCARE, how they treat their employees and serve their clients. This is a tough business and there's a lot of scrutiny that goes into finding a great caregiver for a loved one and Steve has the right values and priorities. I would highly recommend AmeriCARE.

Kate is my angel! Without her I would not be able to take care of my husband as I need. She never hesitates to do any chore I ask her to do whether it be meal prep (or sometimes cooking), running errands, vacuuming and dusting but most of all, my emotional support person. It’s difficult, as I am learning, to take care of someone 24/7. I truly appreciate everything she does.

Carolyn has been absolutley wonderful with my husband who has ALS. She is thorough and steadfast in her attention to all his needs. Besides the daily routine they do a lot of laughng together which brightens up the days and makes her time with him so valuable.
And Tori was so helpful in finding caregivers through the years we’ve been with Americare. Always responsive no matter when I texted or called. Very supportive and determined to meet our needs. Excellent!

Our caregiver is extremely hard working, passionate and conscientious. We feel fortunate to have her. She embellishes the house with fresh flowers from their garden, has helped my parents plant a vegetable garden, helps with the yard work, cooks and keeps the house clean. She has my 92 year old mother doing water exercises (something I could never get her to do). My parents are being very well taken care of. I trust her completely.

Our service started 6/17/22. It’s been somewhat of a roller coaster. But Torri and Steve left “ no stone unturned “ in helping us find the right fit, ( caregiver). We are very please with the service. It’s hard to not feel for them especially Torri as a good friend. I truly appreciate the staff that help as well. This is our 7th agency we have worked with over 15 years. To no fault of ours. If the VA deems; as well as us unsuitable. That’s when the change of agency. Steve & Torri having family that had needs. They totally understand what families endure. We have Maggi now. She is a God send. I think I need to elaborate on the care that Maggi gives to my husband. She loves what she does. She not in it just for money. She goes over and beyond to get things done. She’s super smart and she is just an honest person. The agency could use about a dozen “ Maggie’s “. She’s that special.
