I've been working for AmeriCare Weatherford for a few months now. I have recieved the most amazing support and care. I have recieved training, encouragement, support, and even 1 on 1 time with my superiors after having a tough day with client. I love love love that when going to meet a new client that someone else is usually there to help introduce us. It makes things go smoother. I have almost everything I need to know about the client before I arrive and these guys REALLY care about us not just the clients and the bottom line. They constantly check in on us and if I ever have any issue at all I know all I have to do is reach out to them at any time of the day! I never wait long for a response. When you have someone who cares abut you as a person and not just an employee it makes your job that much more enjoyable. I hope I continue to work and grow with with this company for a long time to come! My clients feel like part of family and that makes all the difference!

Hands down the employees of this company put the word “Care” into the company name AmeriCare Weatherford !!! A year ago I found my self totally and out of no where thrown in to having maintain and oversee 24/7 care for my father after a brain bleed. My parents wish and request was always to stay independent for as long as possible. After getting medical instructions that my father is a fall risk, and speaking with over 30 different companies, and working directly with 3 different companies. AmeriCare Weatherford was the first and only company that said “ What are your needs? We don’t work with the VA, but let me see what we can do and how we can make this work for you and your dad”. I can not tell you how those words allowed my to take a breath for the first time !! No body ever asked me for permission to help me!!! Also Americare Weatherford is the only company out of all that we worked with that came and continue home visit(s) after signing the contract!! They are always assessing my dad to ensure he is getting the right care; they always introduce the client and care giver prior to the care giver starting the case! Which is a huge relief from someone just showing up at your door and you having to review and show the care giver what is needing done. /. Management actually trains the caregiver on site for the clients needs. The company is always hiring care givers for the right fit with clients. It is very apparent that they care about their employees, and offer them continued education, as well as, helping them make the next step in their careers. Management is so intune to the client, that they themselves will step in assist a client when an emergency my arise with a caregiver. I know this review is quiet lengthy, but I can not tell you how pleased; relieved; happy; safe; and overly satisfied my dad and family are about AmeriCare Weatherford. If you have questions, I would be more than happy to take a direct call and give you further reference on AmeriCare Weatherford anytime, just ask them for the number for the daughter of their first Veteran they signed up with VA benefits. I’ll end with this….. you won’t regret or go wrong having AmeriCare Weatherford care for you or your loved one !!!

Our family has utilized ameriCARE Weatherford's caregiver services for several weeks now for our 83 year old, wheelchair bound Aunt. ameriCARE is a licensed facility, with caregivers trained to provide safe transfers, toileting, dressing and bathing for patients. In addition, caregivers can run errands, perform grocery shopping and prepare full meals or desserts. Caregivers can provide transportation for the patient to doctor appointments or accompany family members, who may need an extra hand getting a patient to their appointment. Our family wholeheartedly gives ameriCARE Weatherford our highest recommendation!

After several months of searching and pretty much giving up on finding a care giver I decided to pray about it. I just quit looking and prayed.Wasn't but a week or so that I saw a Facebook post mentioning ameriCare. Of all things, a FB post. I thought about it, looked at their website and finally contacted them by email.I literally explained everything I needed, and the whole mess I ended up with in my search. I asked them if they could help and if not to please tell me now.Next thing I knew Durenda called and everything just fell into place. A wonderful place.We scheduled a meeting which went so well they started the following day. I didn't ask for anything in particular, I just needed help. They knew what I needed and understood my situation and have provided more than I ever dreamed a company would offer. They actually scheduled time that I needed but never asked for.If you truly want a company to send caregivers that are knowledgeable, caring and dependable, call ameriCare.My father always said a company is only as good as its owner. This is very true as Robert is very much involved and not just a name on paper.When I take my personal time I never worry as I know our family is in great hands. My prayers were answered.

AmeriCARE in Weatherford Texas, particularly the one managed by Robert Ybarra, is outstanding in all regards. I was repeatedly amazed with the family support role that he and his team provided. Let me explain, I was out of state and needed direct care and oversight for a family member who was very ill. They provided dependable caregiving of expected quality but much more. They were flexible, met all of our needs including emergency situations where Robert would come to the rescue. And I mean to the rescue, any time of day or night. It was incredible and more than I ever expected from a service provider. He managed a great team, provided good people for the situation at hand, communicated exceptionally well and provided good platforms for electronic monitoring of the finance and time schedules. It was very much like having a family member help out in times of need. This support helped our family navigate a very rough time, he had good suggestions, led us to other support within AmeriCARE and the community when needed. I believe Robert and his team made the difference in the positive outcome and success that we have seen in the recovery of our family member. They continue to provide services to us, it's now been over 3 months and we plan to keep them going forward even though it will be reduced hours, because things are so much better! THE VALUE OF THIS SERVICE IS EXCEPTIONAL AND THE QUALITY IS SUPERB. I can see why the Senior Citizen manager in Weatherford recommended Robert Ybarra and AmeriCARE and SO DO I.

I am a client of ameriCare Weatherford. Robert the owner and Durenda the Quality Care Coordinator as supervisors interact with staff daily and communication is great. I am 91 years young and my care specialist is amazing!! If staff is rotated which is rare I meet them with someone that is a familar face. The care and work ethic of all are outstanding. I highly recommend Americare Weatherford. They are now a part of my family.

My family has been using AmeriCare for over a month for my step father’s care. We started with 3 days a week. Within two weeks we needed care 24/7 for him. We used them at home and in the hospital. This has allowed my mother to rest and take care of herself for the first time. That care started immediately. My mother has felt confident that the staff at this agency can completely meet the needs of her husband. They have been a blessing to our whole family!!
