Q1. Can you highlight how you can customize training programs per state regulations?
Answer: During the onboarding process, we can create a customized Learning Path based on your annual training requirements. For example, if you have 12 hours of required annual training on specific topics, we can create a 12-course Learning Path reflecting those requirements. You can then assign that Learning Path to all of your caregivers, or a specific grouping of caregivers all at once.
Q2. How many courses are available and what is the typical time duration to take each?
Answer: We have about 160+ unique courses, each course counts for 1 credit-hour of continuing education. Anyone registered has access to the full course catalog, so you can assign as many courses to your caregivers as you would like!
Each course is designed to take between 40-50 minutes for the learner section (50 minutes for CA and WA state), and about 10 minutes for the quiz. Most states have minimum time requirements for CEUs, so we have a timed slider in place on each slide to ensure the learners are reading, watching, and interacting with the materials and meeting those time requirements.
Q3. Fees?
Answer: Obviously this is an important topic! Our system is priced per active user per year. We do account for turnover on the platform. For example, if you sign up for up to 20 users, if any of your existing learners leave the company for any reason, you can easily deactivate their account with the click of a button, and add a new user in their place for no additional charge. You’ll also still have access to all of your deactivated caregivers’ transcripts, certificates, files, etc. for up to 4 years after they’ve left the company.
I went ahead and sent quotes for up to 20, 35, 50, 75, and 100 users on the platform.
