Senior CARE service - Arizona

ameriCARE Arizona has been very responsive and flexible in meeting the needs of my Aunt who suffered a recent fall. The staff is very professional, caring and compassionate and always make my Aunt feel comfortable when they are with her. Highly recommended!

I managed care for my loved on from a few states away. Americare was my "boots on the ground," and they enabled my Uncle to live independently for many years. They were so responsive when I was worried about him and needed "eyes" to be sure he was safe. They took his meal orders and delivered his food, did bp and safety checks, managed his medications, provided medical transportation and more. Working with Alyssa was like working with a dear friend. I always knew she would respond quickly and with care. Thank you, Alyssa and staff!

For the past 5 years AmeriCare has been instrumental in supporting my mother and making it possible for her to stay in her Independent Living home at Glencroft. We have used their services in both acute situations after a hospitalization and in ongoing daily support. Dave and Alyssa are so helpful. From having un-rushed conversations about services available, (including what is aligned with their business model and what is not), to quick response times, to an individually designed plan which is flexible, to understanding the challenges for individuals and families, they have been just wonderful. As for the caregivers, they are just who you'd want caring for your family member. They know my Mom well. They truly care. They are reliable, knowledgeable, personable, flexible. I could go on and on. Sometimes things don't go as planned and that's often when you see the heart of a company come out. At one point there was a caregiver who was not a good match, and honestly not the caliber we'd come to expect. AmeriCare quickly responded to our concerns and changed caregivers. Then, not too long afterwards, that caregiver was no longer employed by them. I do not say this as a negative. Indeed, it's a positive. There will always be folks in organizations who aren't a good match. It's what happens when that is discovered that matters, and to my mind, AmeriCare handled it flawlessly. We are very grateful to them for everything.

My family worked with AmeriCare for my grandmother and they were amazing to work with! This isn’t always easy, but David and Alyssa made every interaction smooth and pleasant! Very thankful the caring AmeriCare staff!

Currently I work for ameriCARE Arizona, and I've come to really enjoy my job here. The company definitely seems like it takes care of its employees and the clients you get are very nice and welcoming as well. Their expectations are very straightforward, all while being very understanding of whatever situation you find yourself in. Other caretaking companies I've worked for never cared as much about its employees as this company does in my opinion.

The Americare Arizona team has been the perfect bridge for our mom, who currently is in independent living at Glencroft in Glendale, AZ. Over the last year, she's needed more help but not enough to warrant a full switch to assisted living. The affordable a la carte services Americare offers enables our mom to continue living independently in the familiar surroundings she considers 'home'. And the team has been nothing but kind and professional, which our mom greatly appreciates, as do we.

AmeriCARE is giving fantastic care to my 93 year old mother! The workers are personable and so helpful, timely too! :)

My mom lives at Glencroft and recently started using services from ameriCARE. I can't say enough about them. David was so patient and kind. He was able to answer all of my questions and gave me insight, which was extremely helpful since my sisters and I don't live in the immediate area. And I'm sure he had to repeat the information to the other sisters - who also report how wonderful he has been! It's also worth noting that ameriCARE does a lot of services at Glencroft, so if you have a loved one there, you are able to select services "ala cart". Highly recommend :)

So thankful for ongoing relationship with Americare. They provide a weekly service to my aging mom who lives at LifeStream at North Phoenix - simple tasks like laundry and cleaning the bathrooms. It is so helpful. But we had a crisis on a Sunday (Mother's Day) and needed a caregiver to stay with my mom until my family could get someone there. In a matter of hours they had the sweetest one, Rose who stayed with and cared for my mom for 12 hours - ON A SUNDAY, A HOLIDAY! So thankful.

I’m extremely pleased I used Americare for my post-surgery care in Scottsdale! I almost used an online service where you can choose a caregiver but I chose Americare instead because I knew that everyone working for David was vetted and reliable. Kim was also a pleasure for coordinating everything with and my caregiver was on time and professional.

The vets and techs are great. The service has quick schedule timing, efficient and caring visit routine. Sooo convenient. Love these folks and their service.

I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the service my late mother received from David and his staff. Particularly the care givers Faye and Kelly. For a week they cared for my mother in the most personal way. The care was outstanding and also very reasonable. Can’t say enough about these folks!
