ameriCARE partners with LifeStream Complete Senior Living Communities at Home CARE

ameriCARE Arizona is pleased to announce a new partnership with LifeStream Complete Senior Living. The new partnership establishes LifeStream At Home By ameriCARE, where ameriCARE will provide non-medical in-home CARE services for the three LifeStream communities at Youngtown, NE Phoenix, and Thunderbird campuses.

David Kafora established ameriCARE Arizona in 2017. He retired from the United States Air Force in 1999 serving as a Medical Service Corps Officer. For the past 20 years he has taken CARE of seniors in Independent Living communities, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, Rehab, Long-term CARE, and Memory CARE Units.
