I work as a caregiver for ameriCARE. I have to say after working for other agencies in the past this has been the most positive experience I've had with a home health company. I greatly appreciate the communication with Lance, Taylor and Guillo. This was the first time I've actually had an interview with the owner of an agency. I feel respected working for ameriCARE and that has not been in case with previous agencies. The clients are amazing too! I encourage families needing help with a loved one to reach out to ameriCARE! We used Americare to provide caregiving for our mother during recovery from surgery. Lance was good to work with and went above and beyond to keep shifts covered despite being short-staffed. In these times of challenges with hiring and staffing, we felt that our mother was safe and well taken care of.
