our MISSION

Our Mission is to help our clients keep control of their lives and stay connected with loved ones so they maintain independence and dignity at home.  We provide quality, personalized in-home care, delivered with kindness and pride.

our VISION

AmeriCare Eugene will expand to cover the south Willamette Valley out to the Oregon Coast, serving Eugene, Springfield, Albany, Corvallis, Florence, Newport and surrounding areas.  We hire empathetic caregivers and invest in developing our staff with fair wages, recognition of effort, and company events.  Together we will set the new standard for in-home care.

About In-Home Care Services ameriCARE

a new kind of CARE

We believe in care that serves and supports the whole human person as well as their immediate community. We believe that thoughtful, personalized care has the power to not only maintain but also enrich anyone’s quality of life, no matter what changes they’re facing.

And we believe that care is a two-way street. Our caregivers are true professionals, called to serve others in ways that aren’t traditionally honored or praised by the world as we know it. We recognize their gifts and we support their potential with world-class training and career opportunities.

Recent Client Testimonial

“I called Rachael in a panic, as we needed some respite caring for my ailing mother and no other company was willing/able to get someone to the address quickly. Rachael worked past business hours to secure us some overnight care allowing my father and I some much needed rest. Louise is the angel Rachael sent to us and I cannot even begin to say how amazing she was. She tidied the house and checked on my mother every 30 minutes while we got some sleep. She gently woke me after 11 PM to tell me my mother had passed, and was there for us every step of the way, even calling hospice to alert them of her passing. Louise was so kind, compassionate, knowledgeable. Rachael and Louise were put in my path for a reason – I cannot imagine what this night would have been like without their support a care. Thankful.”

Michael is a native son, attending South Eugene High School in his youth before moving away for college and a career abroad.  Living in other parts of the world helped him realize how special a place Eugene is to call home, so he returned to Oregon in 2022 to raise his daughter and reestablish roots in the community.

Michael has dedicated his career to understanding and meeting the needs of caregivers, having spent over a decade developing medical alarms used in assisted living and homecare.  He started AmeriCare Eugene to more actively participate in the community and make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
