A native of Colonial Heights, Virginia, Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from East Carolina University and has since built a distinguished career spanning 24 years across Home Health, Hospice, Private Duty, and IV Therapy services.
Her deep understanding of care delivery and her unwavering commitment to helping seniors access the services they need and deserve make her an invaluable member of our team. Jennifer’s approach is rooted in compassion, advocacy, and a belief that every individual deserves dignity and support throughout their care journey.

With a background as a Scheduler, Medical Technologist, and Isolation Facility Staff/Receptionist, she’s developed strong organizational skills, a calm problem-solving approach, and a genuine passion for helping others. Aly enjoys working in supportive, team-oriented environments and takes pride in being someone people can depend on—whether it’s managing schedules, assisting patients and families, or ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. She’s driven, detail-oriented, and always eager to learn something new. Sharon Walton is a Registered Nurse from Buckingham, Virginia, and has been a resident of Chesterfield County for over 30 years. Her passion for caring for others began early through hands-on work with adolescents with special abilities and continued through her involvement with Special Olympics and community-based resources. Sharon brings valuable experience in home care and case management, with a strong focus on delivering compassionate, personalized care in the comfort of each client’s environment. She is committed to advocacy, respect, and ensuring every client has a voice in their care. Recently relocated to Chester, Virginia, Sharon enjoys spending time outdoors, sightseeing, and taking weekend trips. She also loves hosting family gatherings and takes pride in supporting her adult daughter’s independence, along with caring for her two beloved furbabies.
