The National Caregiver of the Quarter is selected through a thoughtful and inclusive nomination process. Here's how it works:
Franchise owners and managers play a crucial role in the nomination process. They observe and evaluate the performance of their caregivers, identifying those who stand out for their exceptional service.
Franchisees submit detailed nominations, highlighting the specific actions and qualities that make their nominee deserving of the award. These submissions include examples of outstanding care, client feedback, and any extraordinary efforts made by the caregiver.
