I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the service my late mother received from ameriCARE.. For a week, they cared for my mother in the most personal way. The care was outstanding and also very reasonable. Can’t say enough about these folks!

ameriCARE was there for our family in a time of real need. They were phenomenal! The caregivers they provided my 88 year-old, recently paralyzed Dad were excellent professionals. On basically a no-notice plea for help, ameriCARE came through for us and more importantly, my Dad. They further assisted us with contacts to help my Korean and Vietnam War Veteran Father and personally called in outside resources to help Dad in the future. ameriCARE and the Caregivers they provide are World-Class.

I called ameriCARE in a panic, as we needed some respite caring for my ailing mother and no other company was willing/able to get someone to the address quickly. The owner worked past business hours to secure us some overnight care allowing my father and I some much-needed rest. I cannot even begin to say how amazing our caregiver was; she was an absolutely angel sent to us. She gently woke me after 11 PM to tell me my mother had passed, and was there for us every step of the way. She was so kind, compassionate, knowledgeable. ameriCARE was put in my path for a reason - I cannot imagine what this night would have been like without their support and care. Thankful.

I had the good fortune to come across ameriCARE. It began with a detailed intake call by their owner. The call with the owner was very personable and felt more like a conversation. It was immediately evident this would be a great experience. All staff members I spoke with showed a sincere interest in my mom's well-being and mine! ameriCARE worked to put me in touch with a caregiver they felt would take excellent care of my mom.

Our caregiver is extremely hard-working, passionate, and conscientious. We feel fortunate to have her. She embellishes the house with fresh flowers from their garden, has helped my parents plant a vegetable garden, helps with the yard work, cooks, and keeps the house clean. She has my 92-year-old mother doing water exercises (something I could never get her to do). My parents are being very well taken care of. I trust her completely. My family and I are very grateful to ameriCARE for finding such a great match!

A friend referred me to ameriCARE! Our caregiver is so good with my dad. I text her to check on him and she always makes sure to respond to my text to let me know how he is doing. She sends me pictures of him too, which makes me happy when I receive them!! Such a relief not to worry about him!! I return home to a clean house and my dad doing well. She even comes on garbage day and brings my cans up when she leaves...adore her! Thanks ameriCARE!!

ameriCARE has been a wonderful addition to our caregiving team! My mother- in-law had a stroke last year, and it has been a challenge to find caregivers with stroke experience. We found ameriCARE online and were quite impressed with their process of interviewing the right caregiver, finding a backup caregiver when needed, and assigning just the right person for our needs. That caregiver that was assigned to our family has been a shining star! She makes sure my mother-in-law gets outside for walks and sunshine every day. She is energetic and thoughtful.

Our caregiver also caught a medication error and prevented a possible harmful situation by bringing it to our attention right away! We are fortunate to have her! We also enjoy the Family Room platform that allows the family and caregivers to interact and communicate each day! We highly recommend this company!
