Email Signature Creation
MICROSOFT OUTLOOK FOR DESKTOP
- Click the Copy Signature to Clipboard button above from your Computer
- Create a new email message in Outlook
- On the Message tab, in the Include group, choose Signature > Signatures.
- Under Select signature to edit, choose New, and in the New Signature dialog box, type a name for the signature.
- Under Edit signature, right-click and select Paste (or hit Ctrl + V on your keyboard)
- Under Choose default signature, set the following options for your signature:
- In the E-mail account list, choose an email account to associate with the signature. You can have different signatures for each email account.
- In the New messages list, choose the signature that you want to be added automatically to all new email messages. If you don’t want to auto sign your new email messages, accept the default option of (none).
- In the Replies/forwards list, choose the signature that you want to be added automatically (auto sign) when you reply to or forward messages. Otherwise, accept the default option of (none).
- Click OK
MICROSOFT OUTLOOK 365 FOR MOBILE
- Tap the Copy Signature to Clipboard button above from your device
- Open Outlook on your mobile device
- Tap the home icon (or circle with your first initial) in the upper-left to open the account panel
- Tap the gear icon in the bottom-left to open the Settings panel
- Scroll down to the Mail section and tap Signature
- Tap and hold inside the signature block and select Paste from the actions menu
- Tap the < in the upper-left to return to Settings
- Tap the X in the upper-left to close Settings
APPLE MAIL ON IPAD AND IPHONE
- Tap the Copy Signature to Clipboard button above from your iPad or iPhone
- Go into Settings app
- Tap on Mail
- Tap on Signature (very close to the bottom)
- Select Per Account (if you have more than one email account configured)
- Tap in the blank signature field for the appropriate account
(delete out any old signature if there is one) - Tap again to open the menu and tap Paste
- Shake your phone/tablet
(yes, for once in our lives, shaking something expensive will actually fix it)
You need to shake it like 3 or 4 good sturdy shakes while holding onto your phone securely. - If properly shaken, an “Undo Change Attributes” window will pop up – Tap Undo
(this will restore the original styling for your signature)
OUTLOOK APP ON IPAD AND IPHONE
- Tap the Copy Signature to Clipboard button above from your iPad or iPhone
- Open the MicroSoft Outlook app on your iPad/iPhone
- Tap the home/profile icon in the upper-left to open the Accounts menu
- Tap the Gear icon in the lower-left to open the Settings panel
- Scroll down and tap on Signature
- Tap inside the box for your signature
- Tap again to open the pop-up menu and tap Paste
- Tap the back arrow
- Tap the X to close the Settings panel
- Create a new message and verify the signature is working
MAC MAIL
Unfortunately, Mac Mail is not friendly with HTML-based signatures. The process for installing one is a little cumbersome and lengthy. However, there is a complete tutorial with detailed visuals available for those who are ambitious. Please visit the link below.

WORKSPACE WEBMAIL
- Click the Copy Signature to Clipboard button above
- Log into you Workspace Webmail
- If you are using their classic view, you will see a link in the upper-right for which you will need to click to load the Updated webmail interface.
- Click on Settings gear icon in the top-right
- Click on More Settings in the drop-down menu
- Under the General settings tab you will find your Email Signature text block
- Place your cursor in the Signature text block right-click and select Paste (or hit Ctrl + V on your keyboard)
- Click Save at the bottom
- DONE – If you would like, you can click the link in the upper-right to return to the Classic webmail interface
