I needed a sitter for my elderly mother in the hospital and I needed it very quickly. A friend had been using their services and gave me the contact on Saturday evening. Sunday morning I got a call and they had a sitter in place around noon. Highly recommend their services.

Ashley Smith and the AmeriCare team define professionalism in home care. The team of nurses especially (Kristi) and home aides especially Crystal, are well trained and compassionate, attentive to the needs of our father. Not only did they tend to our dad, but the staff were aware of our mom’s and other family members’ needs and helped when they could. Never was there a staff member sitting idle, they are engaging in daily care needs or mopping a floor, folding laundry, or cleaning the bathroom if dad and mom resting There was never hesitation when asked to assist in bathing, toileting, or food preparation. When outings were on the schedule, the aides were by dad’s side helping ensure his safety and needs were met so the family could enjoy his company more without those worries. Hats off to a five star home health service!! Y’all have made our parents 90’s much easier on a day to day basis

All three of the caregivers (Alex, Gail and Francesca) have been wonderful with my aging parents. We have been through many helpers over the last few years, and Americare is top notch in comparison!
